Jurgen Wekerle, of the Atlantic Chapter of The Sierra Club, speaks out against hydro-fracking in the Marcellus Shale in the northeastern United States. Featuring his (incomplete) testimony before the Environmental Protection Agency at the EPA Public Meeting on Hydraulic Fracturing Study, Sept 15, 2010, at the Forum Theater, Binghamton, NY, and a longer interview with him, outside the theater on the same day. He criticizes the dSGEIS, describing it as "a planning document" saying "they act like they have the ten commandments and they don't even have ten suggestions." He also talks about SEQRA.
