Pima Mbwana recently joined in 2009 and serves as a public relations liaison.Top Shelf Entertainment Group utilizes establishments within Ithaca hosting themed events such as Mardi Gra, Winter Wonderland and many more. Providing an avenue for local musical artists to perform and promote their art in aspirations of increasing reach and frequency of listeners for artists.
